June Shen is a Venture Advisor in the Shanghai office. Previously, Ms. Shen was a Venture Capital Investment Manager for China Merchants & Fortune Assets Co., Ltd. Ms. Shen's responsibilities included deal sourcing, due diligence, investment reporting, deal negotiation, and post-deal management. While at China Merchants, Ms. Shen led the firm's investment in Focus Media, which recently went public on NASDAQ, and supported investments in six companies ranging across the following sectors: telecommunications, new media, integrated circuit design, and integrated circuit assembly. Ms. Shen was a Telecom Product Marketing Manager for both Newave Technology and Pericom Electronics in Shanghai and a Systems Design Engineer for Shanghai Posts & Telecommunications Equipment Co., Ltd. Ms. Shen graduated from the Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications with a degree in Electronic Engineering, and subsequently received an MBA from JiaoTong University in Shanghai.
